Our Story Begins with Experience
Fetch Properties was founded by twin brothers Faisal and Hasan AlRomaihi, who began their journey as real estate investors in Dubai. Over the years, they made several successful investments, gaining firsthand experience in spotting opportunities, understanding market cycles, and recognizing what truly creates value in a property. Their early success as investors shaped a shared passion for helping others make confident and rewarding real estate decisions.

Faisal AlRomaihi
Co-Founder and Managing Director
Faisal is from Bahrain and holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Newcastle University and a master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Birmingham. His passion for real estate began as an investor in Dubai’s property market, where he developed strong relationships with developers and brokers while gaining a deep understanding of market dynamics. In addition to real estate, Faisal is also active in the stock and cryptocurrency markets, combining analytical insight with a strong interest in emerging financial technology.
Hasan AlRomaihi
Co-Founder and Sales Director
Hasan is from Bahrain and holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Newcastle University. After graduation, he founded and successfully managed a business in the service industry, gaining valuable experience in operations, leadership, and strategic growth. Alongside his entrepreneurial success, Hasan has been a real estate investor for the past few years and remains deeply interested in economics, stock markets, and cryptocurrency investments.
