About the Project

Mirdad, situated in the vibrant heart of Dubai Motor City, offers a premium residential experience where comfort, convenience, and community converge. Developed by Union Properties P.J.S.C, this thoughtfully designed project embodies its name—“where the heart belongs”—creating more than just homes, but a welcoming community where modern sophistication meets everyday ease.

The development comprises four distinctive towers, with Tower 1 as the flagship launch.
