Palace Residences Al Mamsha is a distinguished branded residential address and the first collaboration in Sharjah between Alef and Emaar Hospitality Group’s renowned Palace brand. Located at the southern gateway of Al Mamsha—Sharjah’s first fully walkable community—the development reflects a seamless blend of cultural identity and contemporary urban design. The twin residential towers, linked by an elegant podium, create a striking architectural presence defined by openness, natural light, and lush greenery inspired by traditional courtyard living.

The residences feature a curated selection of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, each designed with understated luxury and practical sophistication.
